I am still trying to work this out so I can get this submitted to my work.… There are summary charges with categories that do not match the itemization. Now, looking at a receipt, it doesn't make sense. I called a second time and waited on the line for them to send it. I called a few hours later asking for one, and they said they would send it. Upon check out the front desk was unable to provide me a receipt. They do not let food delivery drivers deliver to the room. I got yelled at by a security dude to take my hood off because I came in from out the cold. I have never seen carpets that bad anywhere. I had to call and ask for a confirmation email for the stay when I booked it. I was coming into town for a conference and all of the conference hotels were booked so I picked this hotel. I found all of the professional communication severely lacking.
